The Majic of the Horn
The Daggerhorn, as a club, seeks to allow safe and ethical hunting to responsible and accountable individuals.  The Daggerhorn encourages good spirited fun. Indeed fun is a fundamental part of our operations and we encourage adults to relive some of their childhood hunting memories.

The Daggerhorn is fully prepared to provide high quality and effective club management throughout the term of the contract.

The Daggerhorn Plantation recognizes that the cornerstone of our success is our club member’s honesty and forthrightness. These words are the guiding principles in our Constitution and Rules. Our approach is based on the following elements:

• Access to the best possible members—The Daggerhorn has many years of experience with people in the hunting industry. We come equipped with club members that have a strong base of expertise in ethical hunting.
• Tapping into additional resources of our club members—Referrals are a sure way into our club, but a referral alone is not a guarantee of entrance. We arrange meetings with board members and club members and then participate in a vetting process. A negative vote, results in a “dis-invitation”. We do informal background checks on all members; derogatory information will result in a very close examination of the record and in almost all cases elimination from consideration.
The key elements of our organizational structure and approach include:

Team partner with the Land Owner.—The Daggerhorn only considers teaming with a land owner when a strategic analysis yields benefits to both parties, that includes cost avoidance, increased resource availability, and enhanced efficiency/security for our land owner. Combining our talents with fair-minded land owners has created a highly effective Hunting Club environment.

Flat organizational structure for increased efficiency—A land owner will only need to contact one of the board members if there is a problem. Therefore only two Points of Contact are required for the land owner. Minimal layers of management help speed responsiveness should a problem arise.

The Daggerhorn has two land lease arrangements and all are contactable to determine our performance.
